At LUXE Beauty and Brows LLC we take great pride in the products we have curated for you and hope that you will be completely satisfied - and tell all your friends!

 

However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return unopened and unused items - within 14 days - at your expense. For your safety and ours, items will arrive sealed and/or shrink wrapped and must be returned this way. LUXE will deduct a $10.00 restocking fee from your refund.

 

The reason we will seal items prior to shipping is because once opened, personal care items (such as soaps, brushes, creams, lotions, oil, perfumes, makeup etc.) are no longer considered hygienically safe. This is a standard throughout the luxury cosmetics industry.  Unfortunately, some cosmetic companies take back used and opened items and then reuse them in future product production. LUXE does not support that policy or practice.

 

Jewelry, clothing, and accessories, unused and unworn, may be returned at the expense of the customer. A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
